Two-bedroom duplex in Neve Tsedek with a flower-filled balcony

The apartment

This two-bedroom duplex in Tel Aviv sleeps up to four guests. The living room has a tall ceiling with exposed wooden beams. Wide glass doors open onto a balcony framed by bougainvillea, set up with a table, folding chairs, wicker armchairs and an awning for shade.

The main space combines a sofa, armchairs and a TV with a dining area around a large wooden table. The open kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge. The levels are connected by stairs, including a spiral staircase. There is no elevator in the building.

The attic bedroom has a double bed, painted wooden floors, a skylight that brings in daylight, and air conditioning. The bathroom features a glass-door shower and also houses the washing machine and dryer. Heating and a hair dryer are provided as well.
