This Privacy Policy explains how HOSTING TLV, operating as Hosting TLV ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information through the PMS Hosting TLV application (the "App"), available at hostingtlv.com.

1. Who the App is for

The App is a property management platform used by our team and by the owners of the properties we manage, to access information about their properties, bookings, and financial statements.

2. Information we collect

  • Google Sign-In data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use only these basic profile scopes; we do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google data.
  • Account and property data: information related to the properties you own or manage with us (property details, bookings, payments, statements, documents).
  • Technical data: basic logs such as login times and IP address, used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and give you secure access to your account;
  • To display information about your properties, bookings, and statements;
  • To communicate with you about the management of your properties;
  • To keep the App secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to sign you in and identify your account, and is not transferred to third parties except as needed to operate the App.

5. Sharing and service providers

Your data is stored and processed by trusted service providers that host the App on our behalf (for example, our database and hosting providers). They may only use the data to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to manage your properties and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
